Should you become a victim of identity theft, you are provided
you with Fraud Resolution services to assist you in the recovery
of financial and credit losses.
You will be assisted in the recovery of financial and credit
losses if you are a victim of a hacker or have had your identity
stolen.
If you are a victim of online or offline identity theft you will
have help you document the damage, report the incident to the
appropriate financial and government agencies, and compile and
organize the proper paperwork to help you restore your accounts.
These services include:
- Investigate the transfer of funds from account to payee;
- Compile and organize the paperwork to help you document the
hacker attack or identity fraud;
Inform credit bureaus of the fraudulent transaction(s) and place
a fraud alert with credit bureaus (if desired);
- Notify the three major credit bureaus, all of your creditors,
all financial institutions at which you maintain accounts, and
all of your utility providers of the identity fraud;
- Run a credit check and review your credit record to determine
accuracy and potential areas for fraud;
- Help you order a copy of your Social Security Personal Earnings
and Benefits Statement, and check it for accuracy;
- Provide information to appropriate government agencies;
- Research and investigate potential damage to your identity,
(e.g. run lien, judgment, investment and criminal searches to

to help you. You must select your own attorney and you and your
